The 2016 P.L.E results were released on 12th January 2017 by the examinations board (UNEB). 15 pupils passed in 1st grade with the best scoring 5 aggregates and only 5 passed in 2nd.
The results were overwhelmingly exciting considering the pass rate where 75% of the pupils had first grade and the 25% passed in second grade. We had a total of 20 pupils, 15 passed in grade one, and 5 in grade two. This performance came as a result of the effort by the teachers, administrators, the parents, pupils and above all God’s grace. Our best performing pupils; Namulondo Diana had 5 Aggregates, followed by Tino Esther Osega with 6, and the others followed with 7, 8, 9, etc.
Motherwell secured an examination center in the year 2016, and this was the first time a P.7 class did final exams at the schools premises.
We thank all those who worked hard to lift us up to this level where we have secured a very good performance. The challenge that lies ahead of us is to maintain the standard, however it is very possible that we shall keep it and also improve each year.
